College Application Program
Proven approach for students who want to be thoughtful and strategic, this program supports sophomores and juniors in building a competitive foundation for the college application process before senior year pressures begins. We focus on academic alignment, extracurricular impact, and personal development, so when application season arrives, students are prepared, confident, and well-positioned.
Our Approach
We are intentional about the students and families we work with—not every program is right for every students, and that’s okay. Our application and review process helps ensure there is alignment in expectations, commitment, and goals between students, families, and our team. This approach allows us to create partnerships that are productive, supportive, and aligned from the start.

The College Application Program (CAP) provides comprehensive college planning, application support, and academic mentoring for high school students. Our individualized approach includes:
Educational intake and personalized college roadmap development

Comprehensive writing and application support
Meeting Framework (semester cohorts)
Students participate in a structured meeting schedule designed to build momentum and accountability:
Monthly Private Meetings: 1 hour individual session with lead mentor

Minimum commitment: 2 meetings per month (1 private + 1 group)
This framework ensures consistent progress while allowing flexibility for individual student needs
***Please note, acceptance into the program is not guaranteed.
